EXPOWORK S.A. a company, under the trade name "EXPOWORK", situated in Spata, AIA El.Venizelos, with email address : expowork@expowork.gr (hereafter: the Company or EXPOWORK S.A. or EXPOWORK) which created the website www.expowork.gr, offering its services to you, users, visitors or customers (hereafter: Users) under the following terms of use (hereafter:"ToU"). If you visit or place orders via www.expowork.gr you automatically accept these terms .These terms www.expowork.gr may update and amend at times without notice. You should periodically check any changes, to the following URL:

A precondition for the commencement of the between us conciliation, is the disclosure by you of some of your personal information. E-SHOP PROCESS
EXPOWORK S.A. does not market products and does not provide services to minors but to adults who have already agreed to participate in an exhibition for which they wish to receive services from EXPOWORK which they can obtain by debiting their credit card. If the user is under the age of 18, he/she may use www.expowork.gr. with the help of a legal guardian or other adult person. EXPOWORK S.A. retains the discretion of denying service, cancelling user accounts, deleting or changing content or cancelling orders.
To purchase one of our services you should do the following:
1) Login to our Website www.expowork.gr
2) Selection of the Exhibition in which the user did agree with the exhibition’s organizer to take part.
3) Fill in the special code that has been notified to you within the specific textbox, presented in each exhibition.
4) Selection of services through our detailed online catalogue in our Shopping Cart.
5) In order to make the purchase of the services you have placed in the Shopping Cart, you will need to fill out your details in the "Billing Details" form so that our company can issue the legal tax document that you will receive during the exhibition. At this point, you must also give your expressly consent to the collection, use, processing and disclosure to third parties of such information from our company and to accept these Terms of Use.
6) Then you will be transferred to a secure connection in the Piraeus Bank electronic environment (winbankpaycenter using your VISA or MASTERCARD credit card) to make the final purchase of the services you have selected using your VISA or MASTERCARD credit card.
7) Upon payment of the order’s cost, we will send you an email indicating which services you have purchased and at what price as well as the special terms of our agreement.
• Users accept and agree that they will make use of the site legally and appropriately, subject, among other things, to legislation on the transmission of data from Greece to Member States of the European Union and third countries.
Therefore, users, indicatively, agree not to use the site for:
• cause harm to a minor.
• transmit or gain access to content that: i) infringes any third party rights (eg intellectual and industrial property), ii) infringes the personality of third parties (eg libel, racist) iii) contravenes law and fair trade (iv) commits a harassment in any way of the privacy and the personal and social rights of third parties.
• to mislead anyone with regard to the origin of the content of the site, to damage in any way the reputation of EXPOWORK S.A or third parties, to compromise the safety of the EXPOWORK network, to prevent any user from accessing the site or bypassing their identity check from EXPOWORK S.A.
• install and promote in any way any kind of unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or unsolicited spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes and any other form of unwanted content promotion, as well as installing and promoting ads without the written consent of EXPOWORK S.A.
• install, promote and / or disclose content containing digital viruses or any other electronic code, files or programs designed to interfere, destroy or restrict the operation of any software or telecommunication equipment or prevent other users from using the site.
In any case of illegal or contrary to the present Terms of Use of this site, users are obliged to indemnify EXPOWORK S.A. for any positive and consequential damages. Failure to do so by EXPOWORK S.A. of the present Terms of Use shall not imply a waiver to such rights.
PRODUCT AND SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS
EXPOWORK S.A. use its best efforts to be as accurate as possible with regard to: Characteristics of services and the product provision via the services as these features are displayed on www.expowork.gr. However, EXPOWORK S.A. is not responsible if the features or other content related to the services and services provided through the www.expowork.gr website are inaccurate, incomplete, not updated in time, or generally with mistakes. If a service or service provided by EXPOWORK S.A. through www.expowork.gr does not meet these features or accompanying content as they appear on www.expowork.gr, in case of purchase, the customer retains the right to cancel the service without further charge if that service does not meet its requirements until 10 days before the beginning of the exhibition and provided that the service has not been yet delivered / provided. After this time the order cannot be cancelled.
RIGHT OF EXEMPTION
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without a cause within 14 calendar days of receiving the information that the service agreement is valid.

PRICING
Except where otherwise noted, the list price displayed for the products or services on www.expowork.gr represents the selling price of the services.
In case of the sale of services in bundle, the sum of the prices of the individual services may not equal the price of the package of services.
With regard to services sold by EXPOWORK S.A., the price charged to the customer is the applicable at the time of the order. Any modification to this price at a later time in no way affects the price of the product or service according to which the customer will be charged.
Although EXPOWORK S.A uses its best effort, a small number of services on its list may have been invoiced in error. If we understand a pricing error we will do the following:
If the correct service price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lowest amount and we will provide you with the corresponding product or service.
If the correct price of the service is higher than our stated price, at our discretion, we will either contact you before we provide the service or we will cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
Please note that this policy only applies to services that are sold through www.expowork.gr and are dispatched or implemented by EXPOWORK S.A.
PAYMENT METHODS
Once you have completed your order on our website and you are informed of the final price and availability of the products you ordered, you will be redirected to the winbankpaycenter's secure payment using your VISA or MASTERCARD credit card.
There you are notified about the charge again and you will have to enter your credit card details. The payment is sent and processed with absolute secure communication (SSL 128 bit) from winbank paycenter.
The transaction is completed immediately by charging your credit card.
Our Company is in no way aware of your transaction details (Card Number, Pin etc.)
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
www.expowork.gr has a mechanism for cancelling an order (in whole or in part). For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part), you must send an e-mail to ordersmetro@expowork.gr or fax 210 3542999. Cancellation of the order, subject to the aforementioned condition of the right to withdraw, may be exercised until 10 days prior to the start of the exhibition provided that it has not been already executed. After the abovementioned period, the order cannot be cancelled.
WEB POLICY, MODIFICATION AND DISTINCTION
The Company reserves the right to make any changes to www.expowork.gr, to the policies and Terms of Use at any time it deems necessary. If any of these terms is void, invalid, or for any reason unenforceable, this term shall be deemed to be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other term.
DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit www.expowork.gr or send emails, you can contact www.expowork.gr in an digital way. Therefore, you agree to the right of www.expowork.gr, to digitally contact you. This communication will be through the exchange of e-mails or through the publication of announcements through the pages of www.expowork.gr. You agree in advance that any agreements, announcements, disclosures and other communications made to you by www.expowork.gr to you in aa digital manner comply with the applicable legal requirements and rules regarding the exchange of such communications in written form.

You acknowledge and agree that the content of the Website, the Services Provided and the Software used by www.expowork.gr are protected by applicable intellectual property protection laws. You agree not to modify the Software in any way or format, or to use modified versions of the Software, including the purpose of unauthorized access to the Services. The above terms and conditions of use of www.expowork.gr, as well as any amendments thereto, are governed by and supplemented by Greek law and relevant international treaties. Any provision of these terms becomes legally unenforceable and is hereby invalidated, without in any way undermining the validity of the other terms.
